C6457 Boot from Flash not work. Debug Boot Phase with CCS v5.3

Dear sirs,

i work with CCS v5 and debug my software for DSP C6457.

Once a software is writed in Flash, the Boot from flash not work.

Is possible with CCS V5. 3 debug the execute of the boot phase from flash?

Can you indicate me how is possible in order to solve this problem.

Is it 6457 or 6657?

Also what kind of flash are you using NAND, NOR?

Hi Arun,

the DSP used is C6457.

But in particoular i'm interest for debug the boot phase with debugger of CCS v5.3.

The code is stored in flash. Is possible take control with debugger and manually execute the boot phase in order to check it?
