x-loader and u-boot for OMAP5

I've looked at 5AJ.1.4 release notes for both SEVM and Panda. Neither one mentions anything about downloading or building x-loader or u-boot:

There is now something called UsbBoot. Has that replaced x-loader and u-boot, i.e. does it produce an MLO file?

Hi,

to flash omap5 you don't need u-boot and x-loader any longer. UsbBoot replaces both and produces the MLO as well.

Is it possible to flash the onboard EMMC without USB? I woudl like to flash it using an SD Card (To update Android OS automatically for example). Is it possible? Thank you
