change frame rate(h264 bitstream VUI information) to 29.97p

Hi,

Is it possible to change encoder's frame rate to 29.97p?

Our requirement that the encoded bitstream VUI info has the fractional frame rate set correctly(29.97, 23.98p, 25p or 50p).

Implementing this requires modification to encLink code. We will provide a custom patch for this.This feature cannot be integrated into standard DVR RDK encLink as it breaks API so you will have to maintain the patch.
