choosing best development kit???

Hi
i'm graduated in electrical and tel communication engineering (recently) and i'm familiar with FPGA embedded sys design with NIOS II and VHDL.
i'm interested in embedded OS implementation on SOC like Android or linux but i can't choose best development kit that good for this goal and future necessities???please help me .
