I recently purchased new 6713DSK try to evaluate it using quick start installation guide. In step

Testing Your Connection
If you want to test your DSK and USB connection you can launch the C6713 DSK Diagnostic Utility from the icon on your desktop.From the diagnostic utility, press the start button to run the diagnostics. In approximately 20 seconds all the on-screen test indicators should turn green.
i am strucking up in waiting for USB enumeration for so much long time or else showing failed. Not able to understand proper procedure to test the basic functionality of the board whether the DSP/emulation is working or not. Please kindly help us whether we are missing anything in terms of procedure.

    Hi,

    Kindly ensure your steps with the “Debug Hints and Trouble Shooting” section of the same Quick start guide which gives you many suggestions to debug your board such as USB install may take upto 15mins on Windows XP, switches SW3 settings etc.
