decode INTERNAL ERROR -1

Pls share the h264 stream for analysis. Which RDK version are you using.

this is my h264 stream,and i use the DVRRDK_02.80.00.10.

Error indicates SPS is not available. For the decoder to begin decoding stream has to start with an IDR frame with SPS and PPS . It looks like the application is not ensuring this. Pls modify your application logic such that you start feeding frames to the decoder only after receiveing an IDR frame with SPS+PPS

Q1. did you mean the SPS/PPS "must" be in "first" IDR frame instead of other IDR frames?

Q2. Why IDR frames are used oftenly than I frames?

I tried playing back the stream with latest RDK codebase. I am able to play back the stream .Below is the ini file:

width     = 352
height    = 288
enable    = 1
codec     = h264
numbuf    = 10
displaydelay    = 4

Can you try with same configuration at your end.  Are you not seeing any frame being decoded at all in your case ?
