Hello!!

I am currently working on DM3730 based project. The package i have been using is CBC which requires PoP memory of 0.65mm pitch, 152-balls,industrial grade.

My memory requirement is :

4Gb NAND + 4Gb LPDDR. or

4Gb NAND + 2Gb LPDDR.

Can anyone suggest from where i can get this PoP memory? or any vendors?

Hi Neeraj,

The Micron is one of the most popular (but not the only) memory vendor.

You can choose a LPDDR memory from the link:

and a NAND memory:

But i require Multichip Package Memory (MCP) having both NAND and LPDDR.

Pls suggest any.
