What may cause DM8168's HDMI and siI9022's DVI uncompatible with samsung's monitor?

Since before we use hisense's tv and philip's monitor to debug our box.

And now we add two samsung's monitor.But both DM8168's native HDMI and siI9022's DVI can't display content on samsung's monitor.

For monitor support up to 1080P60.

What may cause this uncompatible problem?

Could you try with only one connected Samsung?

Could you try with different resolution?

I tried with one via HDMI with resolution 1280x720@60 and wasn't problem.

Hello,

Which software you are using? we have done compliance testing for native hdmi, and it has passed for 720p, 1080p resolution.
