Where to download C6672 schematic and pcb library?

Hi,

My graduate design is to design a PCB board using TMS320C6672.
Where to download the schematic library(olb) and pcb library
of TMS320C6672 used for Cadence Capture?
I use the Ultra Librarian Reader, but it cannot export the library
file used for Cadence Capture.
