How to get IPNC RDK updates when RDK ordered from local distributor digikey

Hello,

I purchased the TMDSIPCAM8127J3 from Digikey.  It came with RDK 3.0.0.  I see 3.5 listed on these forums.  I cannot find any documents stating how to gain access to the RDK updates or any form of registration if that is needed.

    Hi, 

    TI TMDSIPCAM8127J3 reference design is sold by Appro (Taiwan). They also provide with updated releases from the website.

    Please contact Appro for support on the IPNC. (http://www.appropho.com).

    Alternatively, you can also get in touch with TI local sales/FAE staff to get more support.

    Just and update on where things stand.

    Contacted Appro via email on the 28th.  Got a reply on the 5th that they are "negotiating with TI about my problem".  Not sure how long this usually takes so I asked that in an email on the 8th.   No updates or replies since the email on the 5th. 

    Before I got the 5th email response, I managed to get a hold of someone at appro by phone, they stated that I needed to contact the local distributor for the access to the updated releases.  This does not appear to be correct.

    Called TI to get local FAE.  PA - 410-964-6519 - number NOT IN SERVICE, IL - 847-517-4500 number NOT IN SERVICE, KY - 248-305-5715 -- sounds like personal answering machine, got no callbacks, NJ - 908-626-8781  no answer and no voicemail available.  How can we get hold of the FAEs when the FAE list is not public as far as I can tell nor is it up to date?

    Called Digikey today, they are opening a ticket.
