Hi,
Is there any methode to measure PCIe transfer rate in C66x other than using TSC directives to count cycles number ?

Do you have any more details on why you don't like TSC when using sw to measure throughput?
When measuring short durations, TSC is one of the best ways to do it, because it has ns (cycle) resolution, and is accessible within a couple cycles. Other sw mechanims have less resolution and much more uncertainty in terms of the amount of time required to access the clock.
If you are worried about whether your clock is accurate, check TSC over a period of seconds or minutes with a stopwatch (after placing TSCH and TSCL in a watch window). This will confirm the clock is what you expect.
