I am in a need for TFT-LCD solution that can be easily used with C5515. Our communication with the display module should be on SPI since we cannot use LCD pins due to pin multiplexing. Therefore we look for a solution with SPI communication. Moreover, we do not intend to use SPI communication to write the screen pixel by pixel, instead we need a solution with a display controller that will only take the data over SPI and drive the TFT screen with RGB. The dimension of the screen can be 4-inch at most.
I have searched lots of manufacturers but some of them even do not reply to my questions. Currently I am using TFT-PROTOBOARD from mikroelektronika that is using HX8347D display driver, but I should write the screen pixel-by-pixel which is not a good solution since I also have other SPI periherals. I am currently working on EVM 5515 and looking for a complete solution with LCD controller and driver.
Any recommendations are welcomed.
