Is there a revised data sheet for the C6747? Or is what we see on the product page the most updated one and we should refer to the errata?

There will be an updated datasheet/errata early 2Q (April time-frame) to reflect the fixes made for c6747 IO buffer aging issue. The documentation updates is in works.
