Problems about BCP SSL?

Hi,all. I want to use SSL alone for LTE standard. In ccs simulator, adding global header using lte radio standard , SSL local header and payload data, sending to BCP, but the problem is there is nothing output from BCP. But just change the global header to wimax radio standard, the output from BCP is ok. I want to know what is the problem? Would  you give some advises? Thanks.
