BGA and QFP ?

Is there any QFP form TMS320C5505?because it's not easy for me on soldering BGA, testing if the connection is properly soldered,

Hi,

There are no QFP packages for C5505.

C5505 DSP is only available in BGA - 0.65mm pitch

Similarly C5515 - BGA with 0.65mm pitch

C5535 - BGA with 0.8mm pitch

To allow debugging on prototype boards its best to escape all signals from the package balls so you have access to them.

I see, I'll put header for every signal pins, any idea on how to solder it manually at home it's very tight for 0.65mm pitch and 196 pins....

can I use heat gun or microwave oven ?
