How dose DM36x compete with i.MX6?

Hi Champs,

Could you please let me know how DM36x compete with Freescale i.MX6?
I'd like to know the DM36x advantages and how to address the disadvantages.

I've heard that Freescale i.MX6 is very low price and it has rich peripherals.

Any comments and advice would be appreciated.

What is your application needs? iMX6 can only be compared with OMAP4/5 platform and not DM36x. If DM36x is suitable for your application, i.MX6 might be an overkill.
