Did you add the arp entry as described @ http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/MCSDK_VIDEO_2.1_CODEC_TEST_FW_User_Guide#4._Prepare_PC?

arp –s <dsp_ip_addr> <dsp_mac_addr>

How does it show if you do "arp -a"?

I tracked the code, find the error place at "siuVctTftp.c":

My PC's os is win7, does it affect the result?

the board connect with router, pc also connect with router.

the step of my lab, as shown:

1.disable the Antivirus/Firewall on my PC.

2.set the boot mode as "IBL TFTP boot" 

3.Launch the target configuration and load the GEL file. then connect Target core 0.

4.load sv04.out 

5.run

the “ipconfig /all” 、 “arp -s” and "arp -a" shown as :

my modified dsp\siu\vct\testVecs\tftp.cfg:

this is the TFTP current directory and dsp\siu\vct\testVecs\<codec>\config\multiclip.cfg:

the wireshark cap as :

but the reseult showns :

I reference your answer in "http://e2e.ti.com/support/dsp/c6000_multi-core_dsps/f/639/t/187260.aspx?pi70912=1", I want to add my AVS codec into this project.

I don't know whether I need to modify the VPP and RCU. at this reference, I download the 1881.sv04.zip ,3108.components.zip, and modify the "include option" but it report many error. this error post at http://e2e.ti.com/support/dsp/c6000_multi-core_dsps/f/639/t/253096.aspx,
