Hi,
I am interested in an MPEG2 encoder as detailed bellow:
- TMS320DM8168 DaVinci Video Processor
- encode video inputs to standard-definition or high-definition MPEG-2 video data streams per ISO/IEC 13818-1,-2,-3, and -4.
- MPEG-2 video streams shall be encoded as Transport Streams (TS) as per ISO/IEC 13818-1.
- shall encode MPEG-2 video to the following video resolutions:
- NTSC: 720 x 480 resolution, selectable 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio, 29.97 frames/sec, interlaced
- PAL: 720 x 576 resolution, selectable 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio, 25 frames/sec, interlaced
- RGB: up to 1600 x 1200 resolution, up to 60 frames/sec, non-interlaced
- shall use the following parameters for MPEG-2 encoding:
- 4:2:0 Simple Profile (SP) or Main Profile (MP) (selectable via API), Main Level (ML), 1-15 Mbps (continuously variable via API) for NTSC/PAL
- 4:2:0 Main Profile (MP), High Level (HL), 1-80 Mbps (continuously variable via API) for RGB
- IPB Group of Picture structure, GOP size up to 18, sequence header on every GOP, closed GOP
- simultaneous encoding of two video channels
I need your assistance in finding the best solution based on TMS320DM8168 DaVinci Video Processor
