We are developing a custom board with the DM3730 and the TPS65951. We want to run linux on this board. The schematics of the board are derived from the schematics of the beagleboard.
We were wondering which kernel version is best for our application. Our customer would like to play video (using the dsp) and run qt5 (hw accelarated). Can anybody recommend a kernel version for us?
The latest kernel version in open embedded toolchain is 3.2.18.
The DVSDK brought out by TI contains linux kernel 2.6.32 if I'm correct.
Which kernel versions are supported by TI ?
