I am trying to run the example project programs that come with the CSL for the 5515 downloadable here :

I am using the TMS320 EzDSP C5535
I am trying to get an example program working by following the C55XCSL-Lowpower-3.01 release notes from December 20, 2012 (see attached).
I am running CCS v4.2.4.00033 .
My problem is that:
When i import the projects, and I select any one of them and try to build them, I get the following error:
Errors exist in project "xxxx" (for example "CSL_SPI_Example_Out")
I click continue however, and I get the error:
"Error occurred during launch
Program File does not exist."
I think its complaining that there is no .out file, which is true, there isnt.
However I have followed the steps for the 2012 release notes exactly as they are printed, so this should be working. Does anyone know how I can resolve these errors?
All help is appreciated greatly - Im a student in college, very new to microprocessors, code composer suite, and to DSPs entirely.
