Using eth0 as RMII and eth1 as RGMII

Is this even possible?  We need to wire EMAC[0] as RMII and EMAC[1] as RGMII.

What is the scope of the BTMODE[9:8] bits?  Do they only effect EMAC[0] (used by the RBL),

or do they apply to EMAC[1] as well?
