Can somebody suggest me a "proven" external DRAM memory test suite, to be performed

by the OMAP-L137 ARM core on a on a Linux environment ?

Hi Misha,

The support for OMAP-L137 test suites can be downloaded from the spectrum digital site. Following is the link to the OMAP-L137 BSL test suite code which has SDRAM test suite for OMAP-L137.
