How do I measure ADC DAC latency? CCSv3.3

I used Simulink embedded coder to generate code for the OMAP 137 EVM C6747.

I know how to use the breakpoints and ->profile->clock.

But i dont know where to test for the ADC and DAC audio  latency (time it takes to convert from analog to digital, vice versa).

Can someone help.
