Difference between OMAPL137DZKBA3 and OMAPL137BZKBA3

There is a partnumber OMAPL137DZKBA3. But there is not any information about it in datasheet. I see that it is new silicon revision, but where i can get the information about changes?

Are OMAPL137DZKBA3 and OMAPL137BZKBA3 pin-for-pin compatible?

                Kindly take a look at the OMAP-L137 silicon Errata document(sprz291h) which explains about the differences in the silicon versions you have mentioned.

    Section 6.1.2 of the data sheet provides complete details on nomenclature of the the device part numbers.

    OMAPL137DZKBA3 corresponds to silicon revision 3.0 and OMAPL137BZKBA3 corresponds to silicon revision 2.0. Yes, both of them are pin for pin compatible.

    ROM version on OMAPL137BZKBA3  is D800K003 while on  OMAPL137DZKBA3 is D800K005. The boot image doesn`t need to change though as this is just an upgrade and some bug fixes. The chnages here are documented in Appendix E of the Bootloader application notes.
