Die size of the Integra C6A8168

Hi,
I'm writing my masterthesis about a software portation on a C6A8168 Integra based platform.
Therefore, I want to perform some efficiency estimations for which I need the actual die size. If possible, I am also interested in the required area of the DSP core and the ARM Cortex A8 core in order to generate a more detailed evaluation.

It would be nice, if you can provide me these information or at least guide me to places where I can get them.

    thank you for your fast answer.

    I've search your links for some time now, but I can't find any information about the real die size.

    Are there any more information available regarding the C6A8168 core in specific and its dimensions?

    I'm not speaking about the packeage sizes, I'm speaking of the areas corresponding to the single components of the core.
