Hi Mark,

Thank you very much.
I am wondering whether you can help me still.

I use TMS320C5515 mother board and SpO2 FE (Rev. 2). I use Nellcor SpO2 adult probe as the sensor. When I run the demo program I can see a red straight line at the display. Even after inserting my finger into the sensor I get the same red line. If I remove the sensor cable from the board, I get the heart rate as 52, SpO2 percentage as 0, and it keeps varying. I am not getting where the problem is. Can you think of some suggestion for me?

The Problem here is that the pinout of the Nellcor probe is wrong the the MDK. You need a probe from Biometric Cables in India, PN 32010123, the AFE4400SP02EVM part.
