DM368 BT1120 frontend - interface

I have seen that the BT1120 frontend of the DM368 have only 16 bit width. According BT1120 (1920x1080p, 30 frames) is the bit width 20 bit. (10bit Y and 10bit chroma)

Are the 2 LSB´s (Y and chroma)  ignored ? (eg from a deserializer LMH0031) ?
