Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OMAPL138
Hi:
We are porting C55xx fixed point code to the OMAPL138. We have FIR functions in C55 assembly language that need to be ported to the OMAPL138. The FIR functions handle 16 bit data with 40 bit accumulation. We have been looking into DSPLIB for the C46x (SPRUEB8B); however, what we have found is that in this library there is only one function, DSP_fir_sym, that handles 16 bit data with 40 bit accumulation. None of the others do this.
Is there any other fixed-point library that handles 16 bit data with 40 bit accumulation?
Any suggestions?
We are aware of the floating point version of DSPLIB.
