AM335x - How to Debug u-boot.bin in RAM?

In the past I've either used Lauterbach Trace32 or Code Composer Studio (CCS). Both understand ELF fromat so I've loaded u-boot-spl (no suffix) which is the ELF version and run it to configure clocks and DDR. Then I've loaded u-boot (ELF version so no sufffix) and debugged it. I have seen folks use CCS to download u-boot.bin to DDR and then load symbols, but I'm not sure how.

You know we will do some low level initializing job on u-boot, for example doing the pll initialization and the ddr initialization, after doing this job, ccs will lose the control of the board and can't parse the *.out file again, So the debug process is held on, So I just want to find a way to load the u-boot.bin into the ddr and run it directly instead of debuging it with ccs, I remember when I developed u-boot for on the i.MX255 cpu, we can use the ADS tool to download the u-boot.bin into the ddr and run it, I can see the print message, by these messages,I can debug the u-boot easiy, So I want to find a way to do the same job on the beaglebone board, Thanks!

The "Handling Relocation" at the end is the key part (and easier if you use CCSv5 in Linux).
