omap-138L 512MByte memory space for DDR2

Hi,

    Now ,I need to use  512MByte memory space for DDR2 in Omap-138L.I see to the 138X datasheet ,which can support 512MByte DDR2.But now I can not find a DDR2 chip for the 138X.I want to konw the 138X that if can support the 512MByte DDR2 ,and you can recommend a 512Mbyte DDR2 chip for me.  Thank you!

    Hi

    OMAPL138 can only support 256 MB DDR2/mDDR memory even though the memory map allows for bigger memory size.
