I accidentally overwrote on flash memory of DM642 since then i was unable to connect it CCStudio.

So is there any method to recover those files?

    Naveen,

    There is no way to recover the flash. But you don't need flash's firmware to connect to CCS. If you have a GEL file for the board, please use the GEL file and try to connect to the target using CCS. It should work.
