Hi Biser,

Can the GPMC wait input (gpmc_wait[x]) be used for the Non-multiplexed Asynchronous Access?
Or is it only used for the Multiplexed (Asynchronous or Synchronous) Access?

Can the GPMC wait input (gpmc_wait[x]) be used for the HPI HRDY signal?

Hi Daisuke,

The GPMC_WAIT input is described in AM335X TRM, Section 7.1.3.3.8.3.1. It can be used for async access, and I don't think that multiplexed/non-multiplexed access matters at all, it should work for both.

As for the HPI HRDY signal, I don't have much knowledge on the HPI interface, but from what I've read this is used to allow the HPI to insert wait states to the host. Polarity for this signal can be adjusted on the AM335X side by programming the relevant GPMC registers.
