CCS Error 0x80000242/-1136 for C5515

Hi guys,

We want use CCS v4 to control C5515 with XDS100v2.

But get the error message from CCS as below:

C55xx: Error connecting to the target: Error 0x80000242/-1136 Fatal Error during: Memory, Initialization, OCS,  New debug frame.

This message mean where is problem?
