Hello all, I am having trouble with an AM3359 connecting to a lan8710. The 8710 setup was copied from the beaglebone schematic, so it should work. Probing the mdio line, I can see that the processor is polling all the mdio addresses, including the one where the 8710 is [110], and it is not seeing any response. The lan8710 should respond immediatley after its address is polled, like the beaglebone does.
It seems like it is a problem with the lan8710 hardware, but I have no idea how to troubleshoot this problem. I replaced the chip, but that didn't help. I sent in a help request to SmSc, but they never responded. TI e2e is my last hope...
