The customer is using TI DS90CF363 LVDS interface with the 335x processor and wants to verify the wiring between them.
In particular, the DS90 takes 18 data bits (6R, 6G, 6B) but the AM335x, in raster mode, supports 4, 8, 16 or 24 bit graphics. He is planning to run with 16 bits. (D0-15)
Since the DS90 uses TXin0 – 17 for pixel data, he has D16 and D17 from the processor wired as well. He is 99.9% sure this is OK but I just want to verify that this won’t cause any problems.
