HI,

I have been following syslink installation guide given in 'http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/SysLink_Install_Guide_-_2.00_and_2.10 .There I came across A map file - Required if the remote core's MMU is enabled.I really don't understand the following link:http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/SysLink_MMU_Support,regarding in which file I need to edit syslink_params variable.Do I again need to make a new file system for the target board with these changes??

Any help is appreciated .

The OMAP-L138 doesn't have a DSP-side MMU, so you don't have to do anything (and couldn't enable an MMU if you wanted to). If you're loading with slaveloader, simply don't provide a map file.

Thanx for your help.

I want to write a C-code which involves IPC btn arm and DSP .For example ,Arm requests the user for two nos.and DSP performs their sum(any operation) and then ARM displays the output.I googled a lot for such sort of codes but in vain.Any sort of help is appreciated.

SysLink comes with several examples for the OMAPL138 Look in the examples/archive/OMAPL138_linux_elf/ directory.

See the messageq or notify examples to pass data between ARM and DSP.
