SYS/BIOS vs XDCtools vs CCS

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SYSBIOS

Greetings!

Refer to the SYS/BIOS download page.

The latest version of SYS/BIOS, 6.35.1.29, is recommended for use with XDCtools 3.25.0.48.

In reviewing the release notes, the SYS/BIOS actually requires XDCtools 3.24.06.63 or later.  OK, that is what I am using.

When I looked at the XDCtools 3.25.0.48 release notes, it depends on CCS 5.4 or later (If using CCS, which I am).

But the latest CCS production release is 5.3.0.00090.

So it looks like I will be ok with the latest SYS/BIOS release, but should wait on XDCtools until CCS 5.4 is released.

Is my understanding correct?
