maximum bit-rate

Hello,

Trying to change H.264 codec bit rate above 22Mbit/sec I receive the following messages, while in the user's guide FAQ section it is said that maximum allowed bit rate is 50Mbit/sec. Why do we receive this error message and does it mean the maximum bit-rate is different than the one mentioned.
