what is the solution to load a GEL file successfully

There should be no issues in loading the GEL file. Did you try testing the connection by clicking the "Test Connection" button?

After looking into the GEL, its not able to execute the function Set_DSP_Cache(). Its not able to access the cache config registers. Maybe because the device is not connected properly. Please try testing the connection.
