Alternative to SMSC Ethernet chipset

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DM3730

Is there an alternative chipset that can be used with the OMAP3 (DM3730) line of SoC's instead of the SMSC 9221 (and other 9xxx) chips?  We are after the lowest power consumption possible, not long cable lengths (cable lengths are very short in our applications, so we prefer low power IO).  Ideally, I would find a MAC-only IC that supports a MII/RMII interface that could be hooked up using a MAC-to-MAC interface to a small ethernet switch chip.  Right now, we have to do a PHY-to-PHY connection which is rather power hungry (of course power hunger is relative...500 mW is a lot of consumption for us).
