AM335x - Linux PSP 04.06.00.10 : clock33xx.c file missing?

There is one patch that mentions the clock33xx.c files:

However it is not present in any of the PSP release that I looked at (04.06.00.07, 04.06.00.10 ..etc). For example:

Is there any reasons the file is missing? To which file should this patch be applied then?
