I am working on ITU G.723.1 Codec implementation on DSK 6713 with CCS v3.1. for this i have to satisfy test vectors of respective codec. for this i need to know file format of respective test vectors . are they in ASCII or Binary format or some other ?
As i open them in notepad , only special characters shows randomly.
