DM6467 DVSDK and other SW

Hi,

I want to download the latest DVSDK and the other related software for DM6467 EVM. For this purpose, I tried to register our EVM from the below website;

But, unfortunately it did not accept our serial number and gives the following error;

The serial number entered is not valid.

Please use your browser's back button to return to the form and try again.

My serial number is; DHB_1**1**3 (I did not write the whole numbers).

What can be wrong? The EVM is revision C and there is not any serial number written on the board other than this.
