I'm going to buy an ICE 3359 board and intend to interface it with the host system thanks to an external DPRAM. I plan to connect this DPRAM to the GPMC signals available on the expansion header of the ICE board. It seems to work but the signal table presented on the wiki put me in doubt. For example, it is written :
Pin 3 : NC(EXT_A0) <=> No Connect(GPMC Address 0)
1) Why is it written "No Connect" ? I know that the DPRAM is not assembled on the ICE board but, does this mean that the GPMC pins of the ARM335x are not connected at all to the expansion connector ?
I also have a couple of questions about the power supply pins on both headers : the wiki says (in the table again) :
Pin 1&2 : VDD_3V3 <=> Power 3.3V supply
Pin 27&28 (I/O connector) : V5_0D <=> 5V Power
Pin 46&48 : V24_IN <=> 24V Power In
2) How much current can we sink on the 3.3V and 5V pins ?
3) What is the purpose of the 24V Power In pins, because the board is (I think) already supplied by the power supply jack ? (I ask this question in order to know if I must connect them on the host system board)
