DM365-DVR video latency from capture to display

hi,

I am using DM365-DVR,but I find that there is a 200~300ms delay   between  display (composite) and the  actual image,is this normal? 

The program i'm running is  UImain,and in 2 channels  D1 mode.

Can anybody give me some suggest to improve it?
