Hi,

I have one question.

My customer worries about the thermal runaway of AM3874.

As you know, the thermal runaway  occurs in the below sequence.

CPU increases the current consumption   ->  The temperature of CPU increases -> CPU increases the current consumption more and more. 

Regarding AM3874, does AM3874 have some function circuit for protecting the thermal runaway?
