My board RTC x-tal is not work.

Sure you need to configure it. Pin MUX is not setting itself magically. See Table 11-23. Pin Multiplexing Control 0 Register (PINMUX0) Field Descriptions (continued) of Technical Reference Manual http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spruh92b/spruh92b.pdf You can also get pinmux tool from Ti website. You might have to set some parameters in RTC registers as well.

Please use full part names. I almost missed the L137 part and started writing sarcastic comments about my glass ball.

I don't find RTC Register.

Woops! You are right. I have downloaded the PinMux utility and it seems that RTC crystal pins are fixed. 

I have looked into the datasheet and it seems that RTC should be enabled by default. Can you observe oscillations using oscilloscope?

Again, My RTC  dosen't work. I don't see the waveform on the oscilloscope.

RTC Circuit same evm board.

Therefore, I think other problem is exist.
