implement servo communication using ethercat

hi,

i am using the ICE board, we are going to implement servo communication using ethercat. 

we have implemented the example of the full ethercat in ICE board. 

now we want implement servo communication using ICE board.

can you tell us the process of the servo communication? what should we do it?

    I am not sure what exactly means ' servo communication'. We only provide EtherCAT communication as the base for any EtherCAT slave application. This maybe a servo, drive, sensor or whatever. We assume this to be the application level which customers implement on their own. In the future we plan to provide more complete 'connected drive' examples e.g. using CiA402 profile. But again we assume customers to adapt that to their needs in order to get to a differentiated end product.

    now i am also confusion. our product servo is slave , and use ethercat to communication.  and communication data format is COE, and using serial connect with servo.

    the ICE has two ethernet ports. can you tell me how can connect serso with ICE board?
