hi, i erase the nand to update the x-loader, u-boot,... but now when i tern on the board (Devkit8000 ->omap3530) the message below apears:

I format the SD card (FAT32) and then copy the Linux/image/ files on it. boot from
nand or SD card does not working!

what should i do? for restore the board to primary state!!

Hi,

The problem which you have is that you are using improper x-loader file (MLO). The message "Unsupported Chip!" is displayed when the nand manufacture and id are not match with the settings in board config. You have two way to solve the problem:

Search for proper prebuilt MLO for your board Devkit8000. It should be possible to exists different MLOs for Devkit8000 depending on used nand.
Build own MLO with proper configuration.

If i want to build my own MLO, how should i change the configuration? or how can i make custom configuration for my own board?

There is a short tutorial about how to build the x-loader:

One additional clarification about choosing of config file. You should choose config file depending on the combination of board and CPU type. The available configuration files depends on the software release which you are using and they are placed the ".../x-loader/include/configs/<board_name>.h".
