Is there any DM3730 (non-PoP pkg) reference design that we can provide to customers showing connection to separate LPDDR2 and NAND flash ICs?
My customer is using 512MB DDR and 512MB Flash in their current design using a PoP pkg.
They would like to use standard non-PoP technology, so a ref design would help them greatly.
The only ref design I know about is Mistral's EVM, but it uses a PoP pkg.
